I've never been to Greece and it seems like a huge hole in my travels. I know that this little country has received a bad reputation as of late (mainly the cause of a huge European financial meltdown), but nonetheless, I feel the need to head to Greece. I want to lay on top of a perfect beach, soaking up the Southern European sun; I want to walk a few steps and dip into the warm Mediterranean and ride a vespa among a hillside of white-washed buildings...I don't think I'm asking too much!

One of the places that i'm dying to visit in Greece is Santorini. Santorini is an island about 20 kilometers off of the coast of mainland Greece in the Aegean Sea. I'm sure there might be better places to visit, but the photos of Santorini are spectacular....

If the infinity pool overlooking the Aegean isn't convincing enough, the website says it is located "in the beautiful setting of Imerovigli in the northwest of the island, high above the Caldera, the Grace Santorini is the perfect vantage point from which to view the famed Santorini sunsets that envelop the Aegean Sea, and the Cyclades Islands."
