Adding cotija cheese, cayenne pepper, and sunflower seeds (in substitute for pumpkin seeds) made one tasty guacamole.
For dinner we adapted Sprouted Kitchen's "Saucy Fish Taco" recipe- which included peaches in the tacos! Brian wasn't too excited about the peach addition, but trust me, it tasted amazing!
