Happy Friday you all! Any exciting plans for the weekend?
Brian and I and a few friends are heading across the mountains to a little town called Leavenworth.
It is a "Bavarian-style" village, that throws an Oktoberfest that gives Munich a run for its money.
We are each bringing our old school motor homes, so hopefully we will be able to brave the 20 degree nights. I'm planning on the beer dulling some of that cold.

Where I'm living right now (Kitchener-Waterloo in Ontario) has the biggest Oktoberfest outside of Germany apparently! I won't be going I don't think because of all my exams... you read that post... Ugh! I will just be hitting the farmers' market and last night was sushi night with the girls. :)
