Have you ever heard of Marfa, Texas...well, me neither, so I can't fully claim the idea behind this post. It came from my husband who was tipped off by friends. Apparently, Marfa, Texas is a small town that has a thriving artist community. Within Marfa lies El Cosmico, an awesome retreat made up entirely from restored vintage motor homes and teepees. El Cosmico is better summed up by the owners themselves, who describe it as, "El Cosmico is part vintage trailer, safari tent and teepee hotel and campground, part creative lab, greenhouse and amphitheatre - a community space that fosters and agitates artistic and intellectual exchange."
All that sounds amazing, and is putting Texas on the map for me!
Exquisite photos. I can't wait to check out that site. Furthermore, I need to check out Texas! xoxox
