One of my favorite things about Florida on this trip so far is the beautiful state parks! They are scattered throughout the state and always beautiful. At Bahia Honda you park right on the beach (or tent). The only downside is the expense. State parks in Florida are anywhere from 30-50 dollars a night, which isn't cheap if you are on an extended road trip. Nonetheless, if you do opt to stay at state parks, make sure you hit the ones in the Florida Keys!

My dream is to be able to take a few months off and drive from Los Angeles to Vancouver (or on the other coast) and slowly make our way up. What a dream that would be! I love following along on your journey. Love the photos!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by Quyen! Fingers crossed that you get to head out on your dream roadtrip in the future!
DeleteIt looks so gorgeous there... like summer! How is your weather still so impossibly beautiful this time of year?! I can't believe we're in the same country!

I know! Those Floridians are so lucky! I would definitely be OK with trading in snow for sun. Thanks for stopping by Isa!
DeleteWow this looks incredible. The only Florida State Park that I've visited was Wekiwa Springs, but that was great too! x
ReplyDeleteThanks Bekka! I'm definitely dying to head back asap!
