In keeping with the theme of Mongolia, I came across this awesome couple's super short edit of them taking Polaroid's for the locals (it is super sweet and short, so watch it!). To say that I am jealous is an understatement!

Anyways, this is it for posts this week...sorry it was on the light side! But, Brian and I are road-tripping down to Oregon's Willamette Valley for some amazing food and wine. We are also planning on hitting the coast and spending a day wandering around Portland! I am so excited for a little change of scenery!

Have you ever wanted to go to Mongolia? I did a Pinterest search of the country and each image was more stunning than the last...and now I am dying to explore each and every corner of the place, from Ulaanbaatar to the Gobi Desert.

When I make it to Mongolia, it is absolutely imperative that I sleep in a yurt. I feel like that is the only way to really get a taste of the nomadic lifestyle that so many Mongolians lead. 

And of course, staying in a luxury yurt like the Three Camels Lodge in the Gobi Desert, wouldn't hurt a bit!

How cool are these yurts!? I can just imagine stepping a few feet out of bed, walking out the door with yak milk tea in hand, and breathing in the crisp morning air. 

 Have any of you been to Mongolia? I'd love to hear about it firsthand!
