Have you ever been to Sandpoint, Idaho? It's part vacation town/part small town, sitting on huge beautiful lake Pend Oreille (pronounced pond o ray, crazy huh?) and at the base of Schweitzer Mountain, in northern Idaho. We decided to take our newly finished motor home, the nugget, for a little trip to Sandpoint to see the "Dover Bay Wake Games" and then to hike Schweitzer Mountain. It was a great way to spend the weekend without having to travel too far.
