Our Tips for Bangkok:
Use public transport-
(the subways/skytrains/ferrys far surpass anything we have seen in Europe/the U.S.)
Eat street food
Don't stay on Kho San Road
(unless you want to be up all night, have a suit made, or feel like you are in Cancun)
Pack light- you can buy anything you need for really cheap
Keep an eye out for jack fruit. It's yellow and tastes oh so good. Smells like now'n'laters.
ReplyDeleteThe waterfalls we checked out are call the Bua Tong Waterfalls. Highly recommend going there with a scooter and climbing up the falls!
