Have you all ever tried roti? It was one of my favorite things to eat in Malaysia, and when I came across this coconut variety from Sri Lanka, I knew I had to share! Roti is basically like a thicker and smaller version of naan...with a lot more flavor. A great travel food blog, the Global Table Adventure, features a wonderfully easy recipe for coconut roti (and some beautiful photos to go along with that!).
Head on over to Global Table Adventure to read the full recipe. The awesome thing about this version of Roti is it only calls for three ingredients, and you probably already have them in your pantry!
If you are wondering, Roti can be eaten with any sweet or savory dish. My favorite is roti with coconut curry (but I'm sure it would taste amazing for breakfast with some butter!).
This looks so so yummy! Roti is one of my all time favorite carbs... so worth the calories! ;)
