It's been a while since I shared with you all real photos (from my camera)! Mainly because I lost the camera cord and i've been a little lazy with all this warm weather!  Since I've been hanging out in Coeur d'Alene for the past few weeks, here is a glimpse at this great little water town.

August is flying by far too fast! In a week, my childhood best friend gets married! In two weeks, it's labor day. And in two weeks + 1 day, I head back to Seattle to pick up my salty fisherman! In three weeks, I head to Mexico, and in 4 weeks, i'll be exchanging vows, barefoot on the beach.

Pretty crazy! I know this coming month is going to be a whirlwind, and in the middle of all that, I've got to find somewhere for us to live...I'm the queen of procrastination, so hopefully i'll get inspired to start crossing things off my to-do list! 

In the mean time, it's the weekend, and two great friends (and my favorite travel buddies) are heading into town and I am so excited to hear about their upcoming adventures!

Hope you all enjoyed the weekend! There's quite a mis-mash of photos (my instagram has been busy!)...that is a zucchini we grew, pottery from my ceramics class, Brian's wedding ring came in the mail, and an awesome hike from yesterday...

I can't believe that it is already August...it seems like once August hits, summer goes by at warp speed! 

So in order to soak up as much summer as possible, we have been outside non-stop. 

As I type, I am sitting in a chair outside staring at the river (thank god for good wifi!). 

Our dog Lily absolutely loves the water, so I tried to get a few of her dock-jumps mid-air...
